1 - Lunches - The lunches will again be catered by Thrushwood Farms. We have always had a LOT of positive comments about the Box Lunches. The menu for them is listed below. A sign up sheet for each day will be in the registration packet available at the door. You should sign up and deposit your sheet in the box at the kitchen by 9:30 AM each day to insure that the caterer has time to prepare the lunches for that day. If you wish, you can make your choices in advance for all or part of the week. There will be a 2 hour break between classes at noon and in the evening for those who may want to go into Galesburg to one of the restaurants for lunch or dinner. Box Lunch Menu - Choice of Sandwich - Ham - Roast Beef - Ham Salad - Chicken Salad - Roast Pork Loin - Smoked Turkey Breast. Also included will be Cookies and Veggie Sticks. Lunch will be delivered at 12:00 Noon each day. Your choice of beverages will also be included. Price will be $6.00. Payment may be made each day or for the week in advance if you wish.
2 - Coffee, Soda, Donuts - These will be available in the kitchen on the honor system - We came up short on the payments last year but will keep trying to use the honor system - 50 cents for coffee, soda or a donut - Put some money in the pot.
3 - Friday Evening Cookout - This will be Buffet Style and will include Butterfly Pork Chops - Hamburgers - Bratwurst - Pork Burgers - Tossed Salad - Baked Beans - Chips - Assorted Fruits. Your choice of beverages will be included. - Price will be $12.00 - Payment may be made on Friday or anytime during the week if you wish.
